2. Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy offers you flexibility.
2.1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, resized, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2.2. Return Process

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Jewella, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund process may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.
