At Jewella, we believe that fine jewelry should be a lasting relationship, not a one-time transaction. Our Buyback and Exchange Policy is designed to give you confidence in every piece you purchase.
Exchange Policy
We offer a full exchange on all Jewella pieces within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and invoice. Customised or engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To initiate an exchange, write to us at support@jewella.in or reach us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Buyback Policy
Jewella offers a buyback value of up to 80% of the current metal value (gold rate at the time of buyback) on all 14K and 18K gold pieces. Lab-grown diamonds, by their nature, are priced based on craftsmanship and design rather than secondary market rates, and their buyback value is assessed separately on a case-by-case basis.
To request a buyback, contact us at support@jewella.in with your original invoice and certificate. Our team will evaluate the piece and provide a formal buyback quote within 5 business days.
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect — including stone falling out, clasp failure, or breakage not caused by external damage — Jewella will repair or replace the piece at no charge within 6 months of purchase. Post 6 months, repair services are available at cost.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Loss of pieces
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage
• Pieces purchased from unauthorised resellers
