Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across all of India including metros, tier-2 cities, and most pin codes. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹2,500. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹150.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines:

•       Metro cities: 4–7 business days

•       Other cities and towns: 7–10 business days

•       Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes: 10–15 business days

A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

 

International Shipping

Jewella ships worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Delivery timelines for international orders are typically 10–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee paid at checkout. Jewella is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. For any tracking queries, write to us at support@jewella.in or message us on WhatsApp.

 

Important Notes

•       All Jewella pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

•       In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.

•       Jewella is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
