Where we ship

• We ship worldwide.
• We deliver to all major cities and towns. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer or incur additional charges.

Shipping charges

• Shipping is free on domestic orders.
• For international orders, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges in their country.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. After that, delivery within India takes about:

• Metropolitan cities: 7 to 10 business days
• Other cities and towns: 10 to 15 business days
• Remote areas: 15 to 20 business days

International delivery times depend on the destination. Contact us for an estimate to your address. Adding an IGI certificate to your order adds 3 days to delivery.

Delivery estimates can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email or SMS. For tracking help, write to support@jewella.in.

Ownership and risk

Ownership of and responsibility for your order pass to you on delivery. Jewella is not liable for damage or loss after delivery.
