Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy
Every Jewella piece comes with a lifetime exchange and buyback. When your 15-day return window has passed and you are ready for something new, you can exchange or sell your piece back to us.
Eligibility
- Applies to jewellery bought from Jewella, including customised and personalised pieces.
- Applies to requests made after the free 15-day return period. Within 15 days, see our Return and Refund Policy.
- Items altered or modified in any way by a third party are not eligible.
- Not eligible: loose diamonds, loose gemstones and gold coins.
What you need
- Your original invoice, or the phone number linked to your purchase.
- Original certificates and documents, if applicable.
Lifetime exchange
Exchange your piece for a new one of the same or higher value and pay only the difference. Making charges, processing and shipping are zero on exchange.

Lifetime buyback
Sell your piece back to us and receive Jewella credit. A 10% processing and transfer charge applies to buyback.

- Making charges, add-ons and taxes are excluded from both exchange and buyback values.
- Any discount shown on your original invoice is deducted from the final value.
- Market value is the price at which the item is sold on the Jewella website when you make your request.
- Values shown are estimates and are subject to valuation and approval.
How it works
- Contact us at support@jewella.in or call +91 99300 67743 (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST) with your invoice or linked phone number.
- Valuation and quality check. This takes up to 15 business days.

Choose your option once approved:
- Exchange: buy a new piece of the same or higher value and pay the difference.
- Buyback: receive Jewella credit of up to Rs. 5,00,000 in your account.
- Decline: take your piece back. A processing fee may apply.
Jewella credit
- Credit from a buyback can be used 30 days after your buyback is confirmed.
