Ring Size Guide
Ring Size Guide
Use one of the methods below to find the correct ring size — either measure an existing ring or measure your finger directly.
Method 1 — Measure an existing ring
- Use a ring that fits the finger you want a ring for.
- Measure the internal diameter in millimetres (mm). Use a ruler starting at the 0mm mark.
- Match the diameter to the chart below.

Ring Size Chart (Internal Diameter → Size)
| Internal Diameter (mm) | US/CAN | UK/AUS | German |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14.1 | 3 | F | 14 |
| 14.5 | 3.5 | G | 14.5 |
| 14.9 | 4 | H 1/2 | 15 |
| 15.3 | 4.5 | I 1/2 | 15.25 |
| 15.7 | 5 | J 1/2 | 15.75 |
| 16.1 | 5.5 | K 1/2 | 16 |
| 16.5 | 6 | L 1/2 | 16.5 |
| 17.3 | 7 | O | 17.25 |

| 19.0 | 9 | S | 19 |
| 20.6 | 11 | W | 20.5 |
| 22.2 | 13 | Z 1 | 22.25 |
Method 2 — Measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger and mark where it overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimetres — that’s your circumference. Compare to standard charts (circumference → size).
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are a bit larger; measure more than once to be sure.
